Booking and Cancellation Policy
Less than 24 hour notice of cancelation will result in a 50% of service fee. No shows or day of service cancellations will be charged 100% of service fee. I kindly ask you to please give notice to avoid any fee. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies. These are in place to ensure the best and safest experience for all clients.
• Please notify us of any skin conditions, allergies, or recent treatments prior to your appointment.
• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients.
• Please arrive on time. If you are late by 15 minutes or more, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled or canceled.
Full payment is required at the time of service. All services require a $25 deposit. This will go towards your total balance.
Rescheduling/ Canceling within 24 hours, no shows, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or rescheduling three times in a row may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Completion of consent forms are mandatory in order to provide ANY service. Please have them done prior to appointment.
• Minors (under the age 18) must have a parent sign consent to have their service(s). Minors may need to be accompanied by parent during first treatment.
• All sales and services are final, and no refunds or exchanges are given for services or product. If you have concerns, contact me within 24 hours for assistance.
