RECOMMENDED USE:

Dry Use: Apply Relief Bio Powder to clean skin as a loose powder with a brush, sponge, cotton swab or by hand.

Wet Use: Sprinkle Relief Bio Powder in distilled water to make a paste and apply to clean skin, let dry. Or sprinkle Bio Relief Powder in Hush Hydrate Gel/Mask or any other Hale & Hush moisturizers. May be used on the body as well.
